Am I in Whoville?

That's right the closer it gets to Christmas the more people talk about how much our precious baby looks like Cindy Lou Who. You can judge for yourself.

Then just when I think that it can't be possible I see a dog that looks kind of like Max in our house. Minus the splint on his poor broken leg and add a horn to his head I think we have a larger version of that cute little dog. I know he could pull a sleigh.

Then there are moments like this when I know Cindy Lou Who isn't a Who after all. Who's wouldn't cry around santa, not even if they are small.

However, our precious little Cindy Lou Who likes santa sometimes. If her belly is full and sleep has been given she's just smitten with the jolly ol' man.

This is a picture I had to include because I think our little Cindy Lou Who is cute as can be. I wonder however, who could our Grinch be?

Jaylin's 1st Halloween

For Halloween Jaylin went as the Cutest Cow you'll ever see!!! We went to our ward Halloween party and she wasn't quite sure what to think but Jason and I had a good time and got to eat all the candy she came home with. On Saturday we went with my mom and cousins to the zoo. It was so much fun. Jaylin would just watch the animals and smile and wave her hands. It was so cute! Here are some pictures of our little calf.

I loved that the chic-fil-a truck was at the zoo and thought that it would be funny to take this pic.

Isn't she just so cute...

She loves getting dressed up for church.

Her favorite toy=paper... I think Christmas is going to be cheap this year... we're taking magazine donations..

I have been debating cutting my hair now for a couple of months and with Jaylin getting so good at pulling it I finally decided it was time. I wanted to cut enough to donate it to Locks of Love and so my cousin Brittany measured it and cut it for me. I happen to love it!

We made it to Jaylin's first Wyoming football game. We had to go to Provo to do it though which wasn't quite as fun as Laramie but it still made for a good weekend. The only thing that would have made it better is if the pokes could have pulled off a Win.

Projects, Volleyball & 7 months

I'm pretty sure that Jason thought I was crazy when he came home from work one day and I said I wanted to paint the cabinets in our kitchen and change the wall color. I knew it would take me a long time since I can only work during naps and at night when Jaylin goes to bed but it actually went faster than expected. I think it probably took me about 2 1/2 weeks (thanks to BEAR paint and primer in one) to complete my project but I like it. For those of you that know me and how much I dislike red WARNING this might be shocking!

AFTER PICTURES

This is a picture of my baby just because I love her! I know I'm bias but who couldn't love that face?

This past weekend we were able to go support Aunt McKell in her volleyball game in Jackson Hole. I hadn't been there since my senior year basketball regionals and so it was a fun and exciting trip just to get away. McKell is good at volleyball something that I can't say about myself and it is fun to watch her. I made a shirt for Jaylin to wear to her games but before we got there she had already ruined it and we had to change her but she's still her #1 fan.

Out on the town in Jackson Hole way past Jay's bedtime. She attracted a lot of attention since there weren't a lot of babies around town and one guy even came up to her and said, "hey! look, a two point." We just laughed since her hair was in piggy tails. Jason claims she's not a two point but a non-typical.

The famous picture with the horns. We were laughing because while we were standing there getting our pics taken some guy came up and looked at the horns and said to his wife "yeah these aren't real." Silly city folk!!!

Jaylin started sitting up on her own this past month and the first day I thought it was so cute so I took this pic.

She turned seven months today and the time is going by so fast. We love each and every minute of it!

Jay's crazy morning hair

My attempt at doing her hair... Most of you are probably in shock once again if you've ever seen how well I do my hair but hey I'm learning right?
